PURELY NAILS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking, you agree to these terms.
A £15 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the final balance. Please book all required services, including removal, French tips and nail art.
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service, including the deposit. No-shows may be charged up to the full appointment price.
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment and a cancellation charge.
A consultation form must be completed before every appointment. Please disclose relevant allergies, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, nail or skin conditions and previous reactions. Lash Lift and Tint appointments require a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand.
Nail art, including French tips, must be booked in advance. Purely Nails does not infill, repair or work over another technician’s enhancements. The correct removal must be booked for product applied elsewhere.
If an application or product issue occurs within 72 hours, contact Purely Nails with photographs and it will be fixed free of charge. Accidental damage, picking, biting or incorrect aftercare is chargeable. Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after approving the finished result. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Children and guests are welcome, but Purely Nails must be told beforehand. Children must remain supervised.
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in the appointment being ended.
If Purely Nails cancels, your deposit will be transferred or refunded.
